Palawan. Rice noodles with beef stew partner with French bread (available in pork, chicken, beef, and etc.). Chaolong, P40-P45; French Bread, P25.

6. Kare-Kare Seafood at Bilao't Palayok- I love Kare-Kare so I would definitely know what's unorthodo

5. Blue Marlin or Fish Cordono Bleu and Green Mango-Ginger Shake at Ka Lui. A generous slab of first-class fish with sweet potaoes and seaweeds salad. The fish taste like milk and it somehow melts in your mouth. The Mango-Ginger shake is a must-try! I love the tangy and "gingery" taste. I know you've experince alraedy eatin' "kamayan" style, here you eat bare-footed, sounds cool? Great for dinner, don't forget to make a reservation in case you forgot hope there's a place fr you when you got there. Blue Marlin Platter, P195; Shake, P50.

4. Every cup of Coffee at Itoy's Coffee Haus. I love coffee- this is my Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Puerto (sorry guys, I'm not a fan of Starbucks) If I want to just sit back and take some caffeine, I go straight to Itoy's (Rizal Ave.) with my laptop for internet (Wi-Fi) and Facebook and their newspaper and I'm good. Try also their Sansrival- it's the best. Coffee, P70-P120; Sansrival, P80.

3. Tuna Panga, Tamilok (woodworm delicacy from mangroves) and some booze at Kinabuch Bar and Grill- A long and tiring day should be conclud
ed with a bottle to beer. Just relax and feel the city vibe here. Expats and locals flock together to enjoy the cool night. Tuna Panga, P190 (good for 2-3 persons); Beer, P45.

2. Balinsasayaw Bird's Nest soup, Grilled Chicken, Chicken & Shrimp salad w/ Buko shake at Balinsasayaw Restaurant (Rizal Ave.)- I actually love everything from the menu- it's healthy, fresh, delicious and cheap. The Balinsasayaw soup is medicinal and prevents diseases, one of the best grilled-chicken in town ask for soy sauce, calamansi and chili; the chicken and shrimp salad is mouth-watering; and the Buko shake is heavenly. Can I ask for more? I think I'm full. All these, P500 (good for 2 persons).

1. Balinsasayaw Dessert at Balinsasayaw Restaurant (Rizal Ave.)- You love ice cream? You like fresh buko? How about the fusion of two? Ice cream served in a coconut shell- you enjoy the ice cream and the coconut milk during a summer's heat in paradise. I think I can do this forever. Dessert, P55.
Transportation:
From your hotel, guesthouse a tricycle would cost P8-20.

Extra Note:
In Underground River, Sabang there is a restaurant that offers exotic food like shark and sting ray, etc. Hope that its available when you're there. The restaurant is very easy to find, I'm so sorry, I forgot the restaurant's name.
